Coordinator Human Resources

The Tanzania Institute of Higher Education is seeking applications from candidateswho have the expertise, experience, inter-personal and teamwork skills to fill inthe position of Coordinator Human Resources.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources in EA & the Principal AKU - TIHE, theappointee will ensure that Human Resources (HR) functional support is provided toall University entities in Tanzania.

S/he will also be expected to assist in the recruitment for vacant positions,manage employee relations programmes, address employee grievances, maintainthe HRIS system for all the employees, implement HR policies, and identify &interpret HR legal requirements.

S/he will also be expected to serve as anemployee advocate and advisor on HR policies to the management team.
