A medium sized insurance Broker operating under a highly charged team of professionals in the Board and Management is seeking to broaden its base. In this regard, an opportunity has arisen for the following position
Business Development Manager

Role of the Person
You will be part of the management team under the overall direction of the Managing Director with the following broad Roles
Execute the overall business development and marketing strategies to deliver the set targets and objectives.
Provide strategic leadership, planning and motivation to the team in order to deliver desired results.
Experience and Expertise
A degree in a business related discipline
Minimum 3 years experience – 2 of which must be in insurance
3 ACII papers
Write in confidence enclosing a detailed CV, copies of academic testimonials, a day time telephone contact, names and contacts of three referees not later than Friday 16th April 2010.
