Tour Operations Supervisor

A growing Tours and Travel company needs a Tour Operations Supervisor to, market and coordinate tours and safaris, manage transport fleet, recruit and liaise with supplying agencies, design and promote tour packages, negotiate and liaise with hotels and lodges and undertake general management of the office.
The right candidate should be aged between 28 and 35 years and:

Have relevant academic qualifications, preferably with a degree in a relevant discipline
Have at least four years relevant experience in a busy tours and travel organization
Possess good commercial and presentation skills
Have excellent internet and marketing skills
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
