Core competencies:
- Sound experience within 5* properties in a resort environment
- Directly responsible for function of Stewarding Department
- Supervise the cleanliness of all related areas
- Oversee all dishwashing procedures and breakage control
- Educate staff on proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Monitor garbage removal and highest standards of hygiene is maintained
- Maintain all F&B equipment in good order and uniformity in inventory control
- Supervise buffet / event set-up and equipment requested by Event Orders
- Strong HACCP knowledge
- Able to lead and embrace teamwork
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Single / travel alone
- Africa / island experience desirable
