Qualification and experience
Holder of master degree in Public/Business Administration, human Resources Management or Sociology with at least Five (5) years work experience in a reputable organization preferable in Human Resources Management field and must be conversant with labor laws and Public Service Regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interpreting standard orders, public service regulations, Staff circulars and establishment circulars;
Processing recruitment, promotions and confirmation of employees;
Preparing Annual employees establishment and Personal Emoluments estimates (PE);
Manage staff complaints, staff discipline and dealing with staff welfare issues;
Carrying out Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and preparing Training Programme for the organization;
Prepare quarterly and annual training report
Keeping accurate staff report records;

2. SENIOR ACCOUNT GRADE II (HESLB SCALE 8.1) – 1 POST
Qualification and Responsibilities
Holder of a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting and must have attained professional certificate in Accountancy recognized by NBAA such as CPA (T), ACCA or equivalent qualifications in Accountancy; five (5) years work experience in related field in a reputable organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervising preparation of monthly Expenditure Reports and monthly expenditure reviews;
Deals with revenue collection
Deals with the preparation budgets and other financial reports;
Checks postings into the accounting books/records
Checks payments and collection of revenue;
Transmits letters/documents to and from bank;
Ensures time audit of all income and expenditure of the board;
Deals with pre audit and verification of financial statements;
Avails to vote holders quarterly statements relating to their budget performance and to ensure strict adherence to the approved budget;
Maintains the board’s tax record and track all payments, receive tax credit and submit tax returns by their due dates as appropriate;
Deals with payment of salaries allowance and all other payments by cash or cheque;
Deals with cash collection and daily banking of cash;
Signs cheques
Checks monthly bank reconciliation;
Deals with audit queries
Conrols funds of Board and ensure that all expenditures are within the approved budgets and advises the Chief Accountant on all Accounting matters.
Advises heads of Divisions, sections and units in light of guidance issued by the appropriate bodies and relevant legislation as it applies on all taxation issues to the board;
Performs any other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the Chief Accountant.

Developing a strategy and implementation plan for information, education and communication;

Arranging media conferences, media release, media visits and responding to media enquiries;

Qualification and Experience
Holder of bachelors Degree or Advance Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) Accounting, Economics, Finance or Banking with at least three (3) years working experience in reputable organization preferably in loan Management related fields.
Duties and responsibilities
Identifies or track loan beneficiaries since 1994 for the purpose of recovering the loans;
Studies the loan contracts or agreements entered into between students and the government since 1994;
Calculate and establishes the amount of loan to be recovered from each loan beneficiary;
Prepare a register or record of identified loan beneficiaries;
Assist in formulating appropriate mechanisms for payment of such loans;
Reports to the supervisor all matters of disposal which requires repayment measures;
Performs such other functions as may be assigned by Senior Loan Repayment Office.

Holder of a First Degree or Advance Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science with MCSE, CCNA, JAVA, C++ and others shall be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the computer network;
Attend and works on the internal operations of computers
Solves computer problems using existing systems or incorporating new technologies to meet particular needs.
Tests both hard and software system, and diagnose and fix faults.
Write diagnostic programs and designing and writing code for computer systems and software to ensure that they function more efficiently.
Make recommendations for future developments to software or operating systems.
He/She might be required to integrate off the-shelf software packages into the existing systems.
Maintain various data of the board in the computer systems on site and offsite;
Carries out training of staff on new ICT systems;
