Requirements : Undertaking follow up on submitted complaints and appeals;
Analysis and review of documents received in respect of complaints and appeals received by the Auhority;
Collecting information on appeal cases and preparation of summaries for purposes of posting on the Authority's Web site;
Based on the reviewed documents provide advice on appropriate actions to be taken by the Authority;
Submitting recommendations on areas to be improved with respect to appeals processes or procurement processes;
Carrying out other duties relevant to attain the Authority's strategic objectives as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervising Officer
Job Description : Holder of a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business,
Procurement, Engineering, Materials Management or other relevant discipline with a Masters Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in any related field.
Should have experience of at least ten years in a senior position with a reputable institution.
Additional: Must have experience in Public Procurement and should be conversant with procurement procedures under vaious donor agencies including World Bank, ADB, USAID and the Tanzania Public Procurement Act No.21/2004
