Description: MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure excellence in execution for all clients projects to ensure achievement of set targets through effective planning
To ensure smooth running of office and administrative operations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Costing for all clients projects and getting approvals
Developing execution manuals for all projects and obtaining both internal and clients’ approvals
In liaison with HR, recruiting and training all projects staff and maintaining an updated database
Development and evaluation of key field staff work plans
Following up on cost approvals, LPOs and contracts from clients
Preparing operational budgets for each project and a budget tracker
Preparing clients reports for projects and ensuring their accuracy and timeliness
Sourcing and acquiring 3rd parties on a need basis following the Company procedures
Securing all necessary government approvals and licences/Certificates on a need basis
Proactively managing relationships with key partners in the trade, government authorities and clients representatives
Overall logistical support and coordination of clients projects
Managing office security
Managing office stationery and utilities
Managing the administrative staff e.g. the front office coordinators and office assistants
Requirements: Person Specification
1. Education Qualification and Training
Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences
Professional qualification in marketing preferably CIM
Professional qualifications in Projects management
Proficiency in computers

3. Experience
At least 10 years’ experience in a marketing agency or trade marketing department of a large FMCG company.
Desirable: Experience and a strong understanding of promotions, field marketing and sales operations particularly in FMCG.
