Group Financial Controller
Job Vacancy: Tamarind Group The award winning Tamarind Group, operators of some of Kenya's finest restaurants is looking for someone to head the Group's Financial Division as Group Financial Controller
Reports to: The Group Managing Director
Key Responsibilities will include:Overseeing the operations of the Finance Division of the Company, including accounts, purchasing, food and beverage controlPreparation of management and financial reports Continuous development of the Company's financial procedures and guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a University DegreeRegistered CPA (K), ACCAMinimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in a senior financial position, in a centralized, multi-unit accounting structure.
Working knowledge of MICROS, MATERIALS CONTROL AND FIDELIOMature individual (35 and over)Energetic and meticulous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn addition to the above, the candidate should have the following personal attributes:
An ability to motivate, train and supervise a team to achieve the Company's financial objectives
