Rift Valley Bottlers Limited, situated in Eldoret, manufactures and distributes a wide range of Coca Cola products under the franchise of the Coca Cola Company.

Our distribution network covers North Rift and parts of Western Kenya.

We seek to strengthen our human resource compliment by recruiting a qualified person for the position of Area Sales Manager responsible for providing overall leadership and strategy for total business performance in his/her area of operations.
Reporting to the Market Execution Manager, the job holder will be required to:-

Promote good customer service through effective support of all customers and timely communication on Company policies and programmes
Carry out programmes to identify opportunities in the market and design and implement plans to remedy the gaps that are noted
Monitor market trends and advise Management for appropriate action
Ensure availability of all Coca-Cola products in the trade
Enforce market execution programmes as per established standards
Supervise and train staff under him/her
Train business owners and salesmen
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and personality requirements:-

A University degree in Sales, Marketing or in a business related field
3 years practical experience on FMCG in a busy sales function
Clean valid driving licence
Good supervisory, selling and communication skills
Ability to achieve set targets
