A small firm situated in Nairobi specializing in offering consultancy in management.

The firm expertise ranges from strategic planning, project evaluation, research and training.

The firm is current looking for a female intern.

The person MUST be taking business oriented course such as Business Administration, Economics, BCOM and Marketing etc.

She must be in her 3 year of study or a graduate from a reputable local university.

Duties
Duties include:

• Fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry.
• Assist with overflow work from other administrators.
• Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
• Handle client follow up as well as maintain an update client list.
• Assist the marketing head in sending marketing brochures and other promotional materials to clients from time to time.
• Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
• Maintain a solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
