We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Deputy Director (Malawi)

Position Description:The Deputy Director will support the management and implementation programs and technical functions in Lilongwe, Malawi.

Supervise and ensure appropriate monitoring of the projects to achieve financial, administrative and programmatic goals. Manage development of and monitor work plans and budgets.

Ensure appropriate levels of technical assistance in program operations.

Minimum Requirements:BS/BA in public health or international development, or related field, and 7-9 years relevant experience with international development program; or MS/MA/MPH and 5 - 7 years relevant experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Proficient in Chichewa would be desirable. *Offer is contingent upon awarded proposal.
