Kisii Bottlers Limited, a leading Beverage Bottling Franchise of The Coca-Cola Company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for two exciting roles as described below;

1. General Sales Manager

The Job

The position holder will report to the Managing Director and will be based in Kisii. S/he will be responsible for and manage the Sates function, providing thought leadership in the areas of:

Directing and supervision of the sales force in order to achieve the plants sales targets.
Market development.

Directing the sales budget.

Working closely with the distributors to deliver business targets.

Advising and providing the management team with Customer Development expertise for the overall performance.

Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

The Candidate

The preferred candidate should have held a substantive sales and marketing position in a reputable manufacturing and/or FMCG company and have the following qualifications:

A university business degree in a marketing related discipline.
Professional qualification e.g. CIM

Solid financial management experience.

Experience in the private sector, ideally in 3 manufacturing and/or FMCG business.
Minimum five (5) years experience in a similar position,

Experience within the beverage industry is preferred.

A Master's qualification will be an added advantage.2. Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Co-ordinator

The JobThe position holder will report to the Managing Director and will be based in Kisii.
S/he will be responsible for;

Developing and Implementing a Quality Plan targeting the achievement of the plant Quality goals, the Implementation of The Coca-Cola Quality System and ISO 9001, UOOO, OSHAS 18000, [Quality, Environment and Health & Safety! in the Plant, ensuring 100% compliance to legal and Company requirements.
Management Representative to external contacts i.e. Regulatory Bodies, Public Health Officers, KEBS, NEMA, etc.

Coaching and Leading the Quality Assurance / Control team at the plant and optimize their activities so that they can positively and significantly impact quality performance results.

Ensuring plant purchases Ingredients, Packaging materials and Auxiliary Materials from approved suppliers and ensure all ingredient, packaging materials meets company requirements and all internal and external analysis are carried out as appropriate in order to mitigate risks.

The CandidateThe preferred candidate should have held a Quality Manager's position in a reputable manufacturing and/or FMCG company and have the following qualifications:

A university Bachelor of Science Degree in Food technology, Industrial, Process or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in a manufacturing and/or FMCG Supply Chain.
Minimum (5) Years experience in a similar position
Experience within the beverage industry is preferred
