Our client, a Multi National Organization with a presence in 8(eight) countries in Africa is looking out for a proactive, co-operative, innovative, results and service oriented individual who will design, deliver and promote people development solutions with an endeavor to create a vibrant Organizational culture, Foster a Performance Driven culture and Retain and nurture performing talent.

In addition to this, you will be required to:-

Ensure identification and classification of talent pool with Line Managers
Implement proper succession planning process as per guidelines
Make sure that individual performance objectives are aligned with critical business goals
Ensure that annual performance appraisals are carried outConduct training and development needs analysis and implementation (internally and with consultants)
Design and implement training initiatives in regions, in line with the needs of the business to bridge the gaps
Enhance understanding of corporate policies and best practices in the group to employees
Assess Organizational Climate and develop appropriate interventions to bridge the gaps.

Performance Management – quality and timeliness
Coach and mentor Line Management in their people management role
Talent identification and development
Training delivery as per plans Ensure stakeholders co-operation to inculcate culture of collective accountability

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable institution
At least 5 years relevant functional experience
General HR functional knowledgeFMCG business knowledge Change Management
Planning and Organizing
Strategic thinking
Demonstrable record of practical implementation
General business understanding and world class principles
Communication skills
