The United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR) would like to hire a qualified Trainer/ Workshop moderator to organise a workshop for staff in the Human Resources and Planning Section (HRPS).
Major modules for this workshop will include Client service, trust, teamwork, and communication with one sub module on providing of guidelines on how to support staff during separations as the organisation comes almost to the end of its mandate.
Competencies Core CompetenciesCommunication:
Demonstrated presentation and communication skills in French and English
Planning & Organization: Ability to plan and prepare a programme for the allocated time and with the appropriate resources.
Creativity:
Ability to "think outside the box" in the programme proposal.
QUALIFICATIONS
EducationUniversity degree or equivalent in related field.
Work ExperienceAt least 3 years of pertinent experience in related field.
Experience with the United Nations will be an added advantage.
Languages
English and French are the working Languages of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
For this consultancy, fluency in oral and written English is required.
