ADVISORY SERVICES - 1 CONSULTAN

The Consultant will be expected to meet the following requirements:

An advanced degree in the areas of business management, economics,finance or related area. Preference will be given to MBAs

Maximum 4-year experience in a professional services firm, preferably inmanagement consulting

Proven ability to identify opportunities and capture new businesses

Demonstrated competence or potential to assess priorities and manage avariety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines

with attention to detail and quality

Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interactprofessionally with culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants within the context of groups and technical teams

• Good knowledge and appetite to learn especially issues on: publicprocurement, acquisition processes, financial management, economicanalysis, cost estimation, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation
• Ability to prepare technical financial proposals and expressions of interest
• Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation,and internet applications
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• A team player
• Ability to develop and monitor budgetsVerbal and written proficiency in English and Kiswahili

ASSURANCE SERVICES - 6 AUDITOR

AUDIT MANAGERS (2) would be 1st Degree holders, CPAs/ ACCAs and at least years in professional services firms.

The successful candidates would be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring all the engagement formalities/documentations are up to date;
• Participating in Audit Quality Reviews;
• Supervising allocated assignments in progress;
• Staff planning;
• Managing audit engagements;
• Ensuring audit approach is in accordance with INNOVEX audit methodology;
• Evaluating overall engagement team performance and provide feedback
• Organising and/or carrying out in-house training for audit staff;
• Marketing/identifying potential clients;
• Staff welfare management and administration;
• Any other work as allocated.

AUDIT SENIORS (2) would be a 1st Degree holders, CPAs/ ACCAs, report to AuditManager and generally responsible for:

• Supervision of staff;
• Planning and strategy;
• Ensuring that all review notes are cleared;
• Analytical review of full financial statement;
• Consolidating the audit file;
• Following through to engagement finalisation and closure;
• Audit administration (casting, photocopying, filing, etc.);
• Responsible for on-the-job training of all team members;
• Prepare individual performance evaluation on a timely basis;
• Any other work as allocated.

AUDIT TRAINEES (2) would be a holder B Com Accounting or equivalent and willgenerally be involved in extensive in-house training during the first year of theirengagement.

Duties would include:

• Updating of system documentation
• Setting up an audit file
• Clearing own review notes
• Compliance testing, including system walkthroughs;
• Basic analytical review (AR) procedures;
• Audit of various account balances;
• Stock counts and following up of the counts;
• Audit administration (casting, photocopying, filing, etc.)
