G4S Kenya is part of the G4S Africa sub Sahararegion and the regional head office for East Africa.
We are seeking to discuss this position with a commercially astute individual with apositive attitude and a proclivity for driving success.

Reporting to the General Manager - Tanzania,
the incumbent will be required toprovide commercial direction for the Security Services business with a view toachieving the Country's business objectives : revenue growth, cost control,achievement of profit objectives, cash flow, customer satisfaction and retention ofmarket share.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve budgeted revenue targets, through sales program, price increase program and customer retention.
Achieve budgeted profit targets, through effective cost management
Achieve timely and effective cash collection through excellent customerrelationships.
Achieve service standards in line with customer expectation.
Ensure safe, profitable, optimal and effective deployment of all Companyresources
Ensure that the Security Services business is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements that impact the business
Maintain excellent customer relationships.

PERSON PROFILE AND COMPETENCIE

The ideal candidate should:
Be a successful Commercial Manager, with proven track record of at least 5years exposure at middle/senior management level
Be able to manage and monitor Profit & Loss account and cash flow for alarge operation
Set and achieve high standards of service.
Project good smart physical presence
Be a university graduate with a business bias
Be an independent thinker with high level of integrity and strong analyticalskills
Be an exceptional communicator capable of persuading and negotiatingboth within and outside the organization
