Merchandising, Sampling & POS Materials Manager

Our client, a Multi National Organization with a presence in 8 (eight) countries in Africa, is looking for a focused, proactive, service oriented, innovative and insightful individual who will Effectively Manage Retail Operation, Sales and in-store activity management and ensure effective implementation of brand related activities in each country / cluster.

In addition to this, you will be required to:-

Set up guidelines and manage regionally Merchandising, Sampling and POS materials issues.
Monitor the impact of Merchandising and Sampling activities
Manage budgets effectively.
Give regular reports on sales, execution and insights on Merchandising to Departmental Head
Cascade Best Practices within region
Manage effectively the purchase and distribution of POS materials
Give recommendations on the POS materials to be used within the region.

Effective and on-time implementation of brand activities
Coordination with agencies / third parties
Budget Control

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Business or related field
Strong commercial understandingAnalytical & Strategic thinking
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to articulate and convey concepts
Facilitation and presentation skills
