Starting salary from £36,715 - £43,840 per annum with further progression opportunities to £47,905

Applications are invited for posts of Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. You will have a strong research record and be able to demonstrate your ability and enthusiasm to contribute positively to the research output, reputation and educational activities of the Department and the School.

Enthusiastic about student centred pedagogy you will contribute to education delivery in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at all levels and make a significant contribution to the Department's Research and Enterprise strategy. Applications are welcome from outstanding candidates in any field of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. Candidates with expertise in the areas of employee relations, human resource practice, or resourcing & development are particularly encouraged to apply.
