A busy medium sized Manufacturing F.M.C.G company is looking for a Production Manager, with experience in the tea industry.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Ensure that the company produces consistent quality products.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by ensuring the maintenance schedules are implemented and that work flow is smooth.
Provides production information for decision making by calculating production, labour, material costs, reviewing production schedules and estimating future requirements.
Maintains good staff relations, developing and regularly appraising and reviewing them.
As part of management recruitment, recommend to the M.D’s ways to improve production methods, to help the company improve it profits.
Qualifications/Requirements

Degree – Food technology or Process Engineering
At least 3 years experience with working knowledge in the tea industry
Good knowledge of computer skills, communication skills and a team player
Must have outstanding teamwork and leadership.
Ability to analyze statistical and product specification to determine standards.
Good leadership and supervisory skill
