Debt Collectors Job Vacancies

A leading local company providing credit management solutions is looking for young and energetic individuals to be engaged as Debt Collectors.

Minimum Requirements:

Aged between 25 to 35 years.
‘O’ Level Certificate plus Diploma in Credit Management or Business Studies.
Computer proficiency.
Two (2) years working experience in credit control or debt collection in a busy environment.
Superior negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
Possess a current Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police.
Remuneration:

Collectors will be remunerated on either of the following terms:
A monthly gross salary of KShs.25,000.00
A monthly retainer of KShs.5,000.00 plus a percentage of net commission earned.
A purely commission basis at a percentage of net commission earned.
