The organization is recruiting for a qualified, enthusiastic volunteer to assist us full-time over a 2 month period with developing a new product launch strategy.
The volunteer will be based in Nairobi, Kenya with occasional travel within Kenya and Tanzania.

Opportunity
The volunteer will be assisting to develop sound and realistic launch strategy for our latest product.
Specifically, the deliverables for the volunteer will be:
- The detail market test strategy and implementation plan- The new product introduction launch strategy for our various programs and markets
- Recommendations for product “business-related” issues, such as pricing, product training requirement, product collateral, and product packaging.

Qualifications

- Product management or product marketing experience

- Technical background – knowledge of mechanical engineering & manufacturing engineering theories useful
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – a complete team player
- Exceptional planning, organizational and analytical skills- Results/Performance Orientation – proven “self-starter”
- Ability to work in a dynamic and unstructured environment- A relevant undergraduate degree would be an added advantage
