Chief Registry Clerk
Salary: R130 425 per annum (Ref. 65804/17)
Requirements: Applicants must be in a possession of a Senior Certificate and experience in the registry field.

* Knowledge of the Department and its processes
* The ability to operate office equipment, eg fax machines, photocopying machines, etc
Duties: Assist with the everyday functioning of the Registry, namely:
* Maintaining the filing system
* Filing all related documents
* Assisting with pending of documentation, correspondence, etc
* Maintaining various registers
* Controlling the movement of Consular files
* Tracing files
* Handling ordinary, courier and registered mail
* Assisting with office administration and telephonic enquiries
* Handling incoming and outgoing faxes.
