Requirements:
* Applicants must be in possession of an appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with French as a major subject
* Relevant experience in training adults in a foreign language and knowledge of international politics will be recommended.

Duties:
* Design training courses in French for the Language Training Directorate
* Train staff of the Department
* Convert language trainer course materials into electronic training programmes
* Design effective French language assessment batteries
* Develop and update course material
* Develop and update course content in the diplomatic domain
* Assess language users and record assessment results electronically, as required by the accreditation and ISO 9001 prescripts
* Undertake research that informs training in the Language Training Directorate.
