Instructor/Mechanic in Automotive Workshop

JVC is an International NGO, operating an automotive workshop in Juba. In collaboration with UNHCR and Sudan Council of Churches (SCC), our main objective is to carry out maintenance of UNHCR vehicles, as well as providing skill training for returnees.

JVC Juba office is currently inviting applicants for the following post:

Post Title: Instructor/Mechanic (1 position)

Duration: after 1 month provisional period, 3 months contract will be made (can be renewed)
Duty station: Juba, Southern Sudan

Sudanese national is welcome. Also, Kenyan, Ugandan, or anyone who lives in
South Sudan can apply.

Roles and responsibilities

· To give lectures to our trainees in English. The contents will be “Chassis”, “Diesel Engine”, etc.
· To instruct the trainees on the job
· To carry out mechanical works(maintenance and repair) as required
Qualifications
· More than two year experience as an instructor in the field of auto- mechanic
